La Salle MBA Program
La Salle University offers a fully online MBA in Finance program for professionals who wish to pursue an advanced degree while continuing to work full time. The online format is flexible, offering a number of start dates throughout the year. The program comprises 33-39 credit hours, which students can complete in as few as 14-16 months.

According to Hank Sharkey, a recent graduate of La Salle’s MBA in Finance program, about 90 percent of the knowledge he gained in the program applied directly to his job at the time. He became a member of the La Salle MBA Advisory Board. He says, “Go into it strong, keep going and don’t stop. The university works with you. Now, with the online program, it’s very convenient. They’ve come a long way with helping people get through it. It’s definitely worth the investment and will pay dividends in the future. Anybody can get it done at their pace.”

Finance MBA student Rita Reed says the program has already helped her land a job as account development manager at American Express in Philadelphia. “While I have a lot of experience, I still felt like I wanted to understand some of the more detailed parts of the industry, especially in the ever-evolving world of financial services,” she said. “I’ve been managing people for a while, so I thought, ‘You know, I can still learn some new ways to coach and develop people.’ More importantly, having an MBA definitely makes you more competitive in the job market.”
